- All service quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual work performed.
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
- Ensure safe access to the work area for our technicians.
- Be present during the scheduled service appointment or designate an authorized representative.
- Pay for services as agreed upon in the service agreement.
- Treat our technicians with respect and provide a safe working environment.
- Report any issues or concerns with services within 24 hours of completion.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards as forms of payment.
- A service charge may apply for returned checks or failed payment processing.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours services.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We provide a 30-day warranty on all completed work against defects in workmanship.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

- We carry general liability insurance to protect against property damage during service.

- Customer is responsible for any damage to our equipment or tools due to negligence.
- Service appointments may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
- Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service call fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to weather, emergency, or technician unavailability.
- Rescheduling is available subject to technician availability.
- Emergency services may have different cancellation policies.
